Over the last 18 years I've held training positions in various environments, including instructing in the diving industry. Helping others achieve balance, hone skills, improve health & vitality, and foster a desire to enjoy life's little adventures is a passion I've had for many years.


Fitness Training

I'm pleased to be combining my healthy living passion with my diving. I'm happily putting together personal training sessions and Pilates instruction. I encompass a variety of modalities into my training, with a focus on posture, balance and integrated programs that match your unique needs and goals. I am excited to be helping others enhance their life with a fun and beneficial fitness program as a foundation. My Philosophy
I combine both passions when I teach diving or Pilates/fitness courses. I encourage clients to open themselves up to the full experience of not just the immediate physical benefits of diving or exercise, but to fully embrace how life-changing these pursuits can be. I have learned as much from my students as I hope they have from me.

Dive Training
My background in Exercise Science compliments and enhances my life in many ways, especially for diving. I choose to dive and follow the principles that GUE has set forward for safer, more efficient diving. Currently I am on sustaining status and assist other GUE instructors, but am still happy to answer questions or just go diving to share the diving style with you.
