| 2 minutes into our dive on the Sea Empress, we found this precious fella. |
He was not shy.... |
Hey... who's there? Our 4th Buddy came swooping in to join us for the entire dive. |
| Ooh, there he is again. A gorgeous, and very friendly Stingray. He stayed with us for almost 45 minutes. |
He followed us all around the wreck. |
Very friendly. Word has it they used to feed the critters here. |
| Oh, someone got jealous they weren't getting enough face time on the camera. |
An impressive amount of invertebrate and fish life on the Sea Empress. Fantastic dive! |
Oh, another fly by.... at several points in the dive he would swoop over and then under us in a circle. It was sooo cool! |
| Cruising the side of the Empress with our buddy. |
My attempt at a self portrait. |
Oh, he's back.... just about the time we thought he'd gotten bored, he'd sweep by again. |
| Mid water meeting! |
Oh, coming in for a closer look.. the Stingray that is. He'd swim right at your face, it was wild. |
One of the many tubes around the Empress. |
| Our Moray buddy moved to get back in the social circle again. |
A close up, he was a beauty. |
Even closer.... |
| Three Amigos: Gray Angelfish, Green Moray and a Yellowfin Grouper ( I think...). |
I was so very happy on this dive I had to get my picture taken. Thanks Kell! I laughed so much my mask was flooded half the dive. |
On our way over to the other Wreck.. found this cutie who thought he was camouflaged. It's a Trumpetfish. We saw LOTS of these! |
| A close up of the intricate eye and mouth. |
The wreck of the United Caribbean. |
Another shot of the United Caribbean. |
| Self portrait 2, I just thought the halo effect was cool. |
Crab Cove had more great fish on it than crabs! A Spotted drum and a Squirrelfish under a small ledge. |
A beautiful coral on Crab Cove. |
| A rather large, and shy, Green Moray. His head at the top, all the way to his tail at the bottom..... tempting to tickle. |
Another shot of the Green Moray and a few Squirrelfish. I like this shot. |
Some green sponge (not sure of the name), it had a really unique texture. |
| A beautiful little Reef Butterfly fish and a French Grunt. |
Dive buddy 1, Kell... thanks for the great dive selection for the day! |
Dive buddy 2, Jim... thanks for always being a great buddy! |
| Capt Randy looks a lot like Jimmy Buffet... no wonder we had such a great day! |
Yours truly on the way back in from a superb day of diving, post Charley. |
